The journey of NLL started with a modest 20 room resort at Gandhinagar in 2005. The continuous acquisition of land from Government bodies and successful implementation of projects has brought NLL to the stage today where it can boast of 700 rooms, nine operational properties in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Goa, Kerala and Gurgaon and being one of the major players in Timeshare industry.

Going for backward integration NLL has ventured into Hospitality education to meet its own requirement of skilled manpower and to augment revenue stream. It has three institutes running under the brand name ‘Cambay Institute of Hospitality Management’ at Jaipur, Udaipur and Gandhinagar.

This unprecedented growth has been made possible due to high project implementation skills of our management team and appreciation of brand ‘Cambay ’

NLL projects entail a capex of over Rs. 5000 million that includes existing and under construction projects. Its networth now exceeds Rs. 1800 million.

NLL envisions to become one of the top three players in Timeshare industry within three years and to offer 1150 rooms by the year 2011.
